Thank you for partnering with us. Together we provide a safe, convenient and reliable way for clients to purchase prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses online.

Once your account is confirmed, your location will appear as an option for our customers to fulfill their eyewear prescription.

Please provide your full name and business information. All commissions will be paid directly to your Stripe account. Please provide the email address and  account ID associated with your Stripe account.

Our customers will be matched to your business based on location in Ontario. Please provide your full business address and include any information regarding parking or access to your business that may help the customer find your location.

The “Title” is the name of your business location. If you have more than one location for your company, please create a separate account for each location and use the Title as the location identifier e.g., Company Name, Toronto or Company Name, Barrie.

E.g., Suite number, floor location in a mall, etc.
